Hi! I’m Jocelyn Brooks, founder of Ignite Futures LLC. I’m an educator, social worker, coach, and a proud parent who’s passionate about helping youth, young adults, and early-career professionals in the East Bay find their confidence and purpose.
I didn’t grow up here, but the East Bay quickly became my home and the place that inspired me to do this work. I know how tough it can be for families and young people to navigate school, careers, and life’s challenges — because I’ve been there too.
With Master’s degrees in Educational Leadership and Social Work, plus over 20 years coaching and mentoring teens and young adults, I bring experience, heart, and practical tools to help you unlock your potential and build the future you want.
At Ignite Futures LLC, I’m here to walk alongside you and your family as you ignite your future and step into your full potential.
