By accessing or using Ignite Futures LLC’s services, website, or products (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Agreement (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Services
Ignite Futures LLC provides coaching, mentoring, and educational services focused on youth empowerment, academic success, and leadership development. All services are provided according to the scope described at the time of engagement.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of a minor or organization, you agree to comply with applicable laws and have obtained necessary consents.
4. Privacy and Data Collection

5. Payments and Refunds

7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Ignite Futures LLC are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ignite Futures LLC provides coaching and mentoring as supportive services but does not guarantee specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ignite Futures LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Services.
9. Arbitration and Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in California. This agreement to arbitrate does not preclude seeking injunctive relief in a court of law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Consumer Rights
Ignite Futures LLC complies with California consumer protection laws. If you are a California resident, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data and to submit privacy-related inquiries. We commit to non-discriminatory treatment of all users.
